I went there yesterday with my partner and our baby. We were sat at the end of the restaurant at a wobbly table and it was freezing cold. We asked the waitress if she could turn the gas heater on which was right above our heads and she did nothing. We had stay with our jackets on including our baby and it was still too cold. Never going there again.

When my partner and I came here the staff were so lovely and helpful, checking in on us and having a chat while our food was being prepared. Huge shout out to Caity who went above and beyond for us!

I would like to say the service the warm welcome is The best I’ve ever received in all of Nando’s let this restaurant be a credit to the company.
There are lots of places that sell chicken yet it is about the service was excellent

What a disappointing evening out. We were happy to wait 30 minutes for a table at Nandos Bath Kingsmead. After placing our order at 6:40, two thirds of our party received their food after 15min. At 7:10 the other third of our party had to go and enquire about where our food was. We sat opposite the cooked food holding area, and we could see our food lying under the heat lamps for 12 minutes drying out. Needless to say, the food was cold and dry. The rest of our party had finished eating by the time we received our food. And all of our party complained that the food was cold and dry. The manager was not approachable, and came across as very inexperienced. Customers walking in after us were told the wait is 1 hour, although many tables were open, but not cleaned. All in all a most disappointing evening out and glaringly a sad slide of Nandos standards. We will not be visiting this store again.

It’s Nando’s! Thank god. Wanting some since I arrived in UK and didn’t ever have a real chance to get to it. Been to A Nandos of course, but this one in particular was my first in Bath. It was very clean, great service and helpful personnel. The atmosphere was good and music was to a good level considering it was quiet in there at around 15:00. Keep up the good work!

Same price but seriously less chicken:
Very disappointed with the skin and bone chickens they are serving up these days. I tried sticking my fork into a piece on the meal platter only to find it wouldn't go on the fork because under the Nandos grill chicken skin there was only bone.
There has been stories of chicken shortages but these chickens haven't even grown sufficiently before being sent off to the slaughter for Nandos.
I am going to steer clear of them for the foreseeable future.

The location of this restaurant is convenient and the environment inside the restaurant is very spacious. It is very suitable for a group of friends to have a casual gathering. The taste and quality of the food is good, I personally like the chicken wings here.

Come to Bath for work and on my break I decided to get Nando’s. Ordered online collection for 7:30pm on the 29th of April. Arrived in the restaurant around 7:33pm and they told me my food will be ready in next 15 minutes. Unfortunately this didn’t happen and I get my food at 7:55pm.
So first of all I ordered online collection for a specific reason that I will get my food when I arrive but I was disappointed that this didn’t happen and I had to wait another 20 minutes to get it.
If I would’ve tell them I need it on the fly which I think 20 minutes it’s not on the fly I would be there probably even longer.
I was so disappointed again as I had similar experience in Bristol. And can’t even blame for them to be understaffed. My wrap and my broccoli were cold.
If you cannot provide the food at certain time then don’t ask people for a pick up time.
I am sure this is my last time in Nando’s.

We went there for a late lunch.
Service was under average....
No spirit of Nandos at all.
Food was good and only warm no butter with the corn.
A bit dirty but after all okay.

Food was okay, first time I’ve had delivery Nando’s. I wouldn’t have delivery again! Food got very soggy & was blander then sitting in the restaurant. Such a shame :(
